**Note: The registration form must be accompanied by documentation or a letter of the Department Head confirming the student status. The letter should be printed on the department letterhead and addressed to the Congress agency Studio Hrg.

Note:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress agency Studio Hrg and must be postmarked by September 15, 2017. Reimbursement of the fee less an administrative charge of 10% and VAT (25%) will be refunded after the Congress. Cancellations received after September 15, 2017 will not be refunded.
